Battery GFM

battery_gfm reproduces the case_inverter.jl grid-forming battery boundary from PSD with FixedDCSource + KauraPLL + VirtualInertia + ReactivePowerDroop + VoltageModeControl + AverageConverter + LCLFilter. It intentionally does not add SOC or electrochemical ODEs in this module.
